Vernon Kay is one of the most experienced and versatile broadcasters in the UK, with a career spanning over 20 years across live entertainment, magazine shows, radio and sports broadcasting
Vernon had a successful modelling career before moving into TV in 2000, regularly presenting Channel 4’s T4. Since, he has presented a number of high-profile shows such as All Star Family Fortunes, Splash!, Just The Two of Us, and Comic Relief.
Vernon’s love of music led to joining Radio 1, presenting a weekend show, before moving to Radio X when the station re-launched. Vernon has also successfully transferred his passion for sport to the screen, presenting NFL coverage and Formula E for Channel 4, the Golf Sixes event, The Hero Challenge Golf Series. His love of music led Vernon to join Radio 1 in 2006 presenting his weekend show until he left the station in 2012. He then fronted his own mid-morning show on the re-launched Radio X from 2015 until 2017.
